Your mission

  • Support compliance-related projects, including coordinating reviews and assessments with external partners
  • Develop compliance requirements and incorporate them into both existing and newly established internal control frameworks
  • Perform compliance reviews as part of day-to-day operations, prepare reports, investigate and resolve internal discrepancies and act as a key contact for compliance-related inquiries
  • Attend a mandatory compliance training consisting of 3 days on-site in Frankfurt am Main and 2 days of online sessions

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on German law
  • Interest in a fixed-term part-time position (20 hours per week) for a period of 24 months
  • Eagerness to learn new subject areas and take on responsibility
  • Strong ability to maintain focus and a high standard of quality in analytical and documentation-related tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organized working style
  • Interest in stock markets, compliance and financial systems is considered an advantage
  • You communicate fluently in German (C1) and English, both in writing and speaking
