Deine Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Muttergesellschaft an drei Standorten in Deutschland
Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Indien und Kanada
Kontrolle, Analyse und Qualitätssicherung der Finanzbuchhaltung
Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
Erstellung der Finanzplanung sowie der Konsolidierungsrechnungen
Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Hauptversammlungen
Durchführung von Controlling- und Analyseaufgaben zur Steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich (internationaler) Bilanzbuchhaltung (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen
Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB und Steuerrecht, IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Lebensmittelpunkt in München oder Umgebung
Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und Freude an Verantwortung in einem internationalen Umfeld

Your mission

Holistic support of the parent company at three locations within Germany
Central point of contact for our international subsidiaries in India and Canada
Review, analysis and quality assurance of financial accounting
Preparatory functions for the annual accounts according to the German commercial code (HGB)
Creation of the financial planning and of the consolidated statements
Facilitation and support of shareholders’ meetings
Execution of controlling and analysis tasks to manage the corporate group
Active involvement in the further development and optimization of financial processes

Your profile

Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualification in (international) financial accounting (IHK) or a comparable qualification
2–3 years of professional experience in (financial) accounting
Structured, diligent and independent working style
Profound knowledge in the commercial code and tax law, ideally in IFRS as well
Experience with DATEV is desirable
Very good communication skills in German and English written and verbal
Residence in Munich or the surrounding area is required
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and enjoyment of responsibility in an international environment
