Your mission
• Provide support for existing Windows clients and office infrastructure (including printers, Wi-Fi, and VPN).
• Manage the technical onboarding of new employees, including credential setup and workstation configuration.
• Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours.
• Implement system updates, patches, and version upgrades in line with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
• Maintain the IT assets and inventory management
• Fix minor hardware issues (recabling, laptop cleaning, fan replacement, battery change)
• Handling vendor contact for purchases and service requests
• Assistance with licenses management
• Deploy new windows clients using network deployment solutions (SCCM)

Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
