Your mission

Follow and improve the QA standards defined by the company.
Perform daily backend server testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
Utilize and enhance existing QA server tools for functional verification.
Conduct backend server testing through both manual and automated approaches using testing frameworks or programmatic methods.
Verify and monitor the performance of backend services.
Analyze test results and report findings as Jira issues in collaboration with the development team.
Participate in agile teams organized under Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Your profile

Proven experience in quality assurance of Web Applications.
Proven experience in backend server testing.
Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python is a must.
Hands-on experience with Linux commands and file permissions.
Good understanding of API testing.
Familiarity with console-based editors such as vi / vim.
Knowledge of networking tools like Netstat, Telnet, and Wireshark for investigation and testing.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as HTTP/2, TLS/SSL and Proxy settings.
Basic knowledge of database testing; exposure to Big Data or Machine Learning is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of financial markets and data is an added advantage

Entwicklung, Erweiterung und Wartung unserer Java-Produkte mit einem Scrum-Team
Enge Kooperation mit Frontendentwicklern sowie dem Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement, QA, Support und Sales
Feedback und Coaching innerhalb des Teams
Geschickte Anwendung von analytischen Fähigkeiten auf Kundenanforderungen

Dein Profil

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung und dem Deployment anspruchsvoller Java-Anwendungen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microservices, Spring Boot, Tomcat oder anderen Anwendungsservern, REST, SQL
Erfahrung mit Scrum, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, Vertx, NoSQL von Vorteil
Fokus auf Bedienbarkeit, Performanz und Sicherheit
