Your mission

Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and services used in our financial analytics environment
Implement and optimize LLM-based features, including fine-tuning and evaluation improvements
Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases
Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern LLM agent frameworks into our systems
Improve CI/CD and deployment workflows in Kubernetes environments (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm)
Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers and other technical teams
Contribute ideas, improvements and innovations to continuously advance our AI and data infrastructure

Your profile

Degree in Data Science, Information Engineering or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML engineering environment
Proven track record in developing productive AI applications, especially with LLMs
Strong Python programming skills
Proficiency when working with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD required
High attention to detail, precise working style and strong focus ability
Strong interest in stock markets, capital markets and financial systems
Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

Entwickle und betreibe KI-gestützte Anwendungen und Services, die Teil unserer KI-gestützten Analyse- und Datenplattform für Finanzmärkte sind
Implementiere und optimiere LLM-basierte Features, einschließlich Fine-Tuning und Verbesserungen der Evaluationsverfahren
Baue und erweitere RAG-Pipelines und arbeite mit Vektor-Datenbanken
Integriere das Model Context Protocol (MCP) sowie moderne LLM-Agenten-Frameworks in unsere Systeme
Optimiere CI/CD- und Deployment-Workflows in Kubernetes-Umgebungen (z. B. ArgoCD, Helm)
Arbeite eng mit Entwicklern, Data Engineers und weiteren technischen Teams zusammen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Information Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich AI/ML-Engineering
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-Anwendungen, insbesondere im Bereich Large Language Models
Sehr gute Python-Programmierkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit Docker und Kubernetes
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, GCP, Azure) oder CI/CD-Tools wie Jenkins, GitLab CI oder ArgoCD erforderlich
Hohe Detailorientierung, präzise Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Fokussierungsfähigkeit
