Your mission

Create modern, user-centred UI/UX concepts and multiple design proposals using Figma and AI-supported design tools
Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups aligned with product and business requirements
Collaborate closely with developers and support the implementation process, including CSS-level evaluation
Participate in daily stand-ups to maintain alignment and preserve design intent during development
Conduct design reviews and acceptance checks to guarantee usability, consistency and visual quality
Serve as the primary contact for design-related topics and contribute to a coherent, accessible and state-of-the-art product experience

Your profile

Degree in (Product) Design, Digital Media, Computer Science or a related field
2-3 years of professional experience in the UI/UX sector
Proficiency in Figma and confidence in using AI tools to enhance design workflows
Technical understanding at CSS level with the ability to assess frontend implementation quality
Strong awareness of modern design trends and a high attention to detail
Proficiency when working with Jira and Confluence desirable
Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), good German skills are a plus
Basic financial domain knowledge is a welcome advantage

Deine Aufgaben

Erstelle moderne, nutzerzentrierte UI/UX Konzepte und mehrere Designvorschläge mit Figma und KI gestützten Design Tools
Entwickle Wireframes, User Flows, Prototypen und High-Fidelity Mockups in Abstimmung mit Produkt- und Geschäftsanforderungen
Arbeite eng mit Entwicklerteams zusammen und unterstütze den Implementierungsprozess, auch bei der Bewertung auf CSS Ebene
Nimm an Daily Stand-ups teil, um die Produkt- und Designausrichtung während der Entwicklung sicherzustellen
Führe Designprüfungen und -abnahmen durch, um Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Konsistenz und visuelle Qualität sicherzustellen
Fungiere als Hauptansprechperson für alle Designthemen und trage zu einem kohärenten, zugänglichen und modernen Produkterlebnis bei

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Produkt-) Design, digitalen Medien, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Bereich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma sowie Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI Tools zur Optimierung des Design Workflows
Technisches Verständnis auf CSS Niveau mit der Fähigkeit, die Qualität von Frontend Implementierungen zu beurteilen
Starkes Bewusstsein für moderne Designtrends und hohe Detailorientierung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence wünschenswert
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse im Finanzsektor sind ein Plus
