Deine Aufgaben

Du bist Content Creator für unseren Neo-Broker „MyMarkets“ und prägst unseren Auftritt auf Social Media maßgeblich mit
Du entwickelst kreative Video- und Content-Formate (Short Videos, Reels, TikToks, Postings), die Finanz- und Kapitalmarktthemen verständlich, relevant und unterhaltsam aufbereiten
Du stehst selbst vor der Kamera und gibst unserer Marke ein Gesicht: authentisch, nahbar und modern
Du beobachtest aktuelle Social-Media-Trends, Creator-Formate und Plattform-Mechaniken und übersetzt diese in passenden Content für unsere Zielgruppe
Du planst, produzierst, schneidest und veröffentlichst Inhalte eigenständig in enger Abstimmung mit dem Growth-Team und der Geschäftsführung
Du analysierst die Performance deiner Inhalte (z. B. Reichweite, Engagement, Watchtime) und leitest daraus Optimierungen für zukünftige Formate ab

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschrieben im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, z. B. Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation, Content Creation, Journalismus oder vergleichbar
Du bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert und möchtest praktische Erfahrung als Content Creator sammeln
Deine Leidenschaft ist Social Media & Video-Content; du denkst in Hooks, Stories und Formaten
Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Trends, Ästhetik und Plattformlogiken
Du fühlst dich wohl vor der Kamera und trittst souverän, authentisch und sympathisch auf
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut oder vergleichbaren Tools
Interesse an Finanz- und Kapitalmarktthemen bringst du mit – tiefgehendes Fachwissen ist kein Muss, Lernbereitschaft schon
Du arbeitest zuverlässig, kreativ und selbstständig und kommunizierst klar im Team
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich (Mindestens C1 erforderlich)

Your mission

You are the content creator for our neo-broker “MyMarkets” and play a key role in shaping our social media presence
You develop creative video and content formats (short videos, reels, TikToks, posts) that present finance and capital market topics in a clear, relevant, and engaging way
You appear in front of the camera yourself and give our brand a face: authentic, approachable, and modern
You monitor current social media trends, creator formats, and platform mechanics, translating them into relevant content for our target audience
You independently plan, produce, edit, and publish content in close coordination with the growth team and management
You analyze the performance of your content (e.g., reach, engagement, watch time) and derive optimizations for future formats

Your profile

You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Media, Marketing, Communication, Content Creation, Journalism, or a comparable field
You will remain enrolled for at least 12 more months and are eager to gain practical experience as a content creator
You are passionate about social media and video content; you think in hooks, stories, and formats
You have a strong sense for storytelling, trends, aesthetics, and platform dynamics
You feel comfortable in front of the camera and present yourself confidently, authentically, and professionally
You already have experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
You have an interest in finance and capital markets – in-depth expertise is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential
You work reliably, creatively, and independently, and communicate clearly within a team
You communicate fluently in German and English, both in writing and speaking (minimum of C1 required)
