Deine Aufgaben

Mitarbeiterbetreuung wird bei uns großgeschrieben - Hilf uns dabei uns durch zuverlässige und authentische Art und Weise optimal um unsere Mitarbeitenden zu kümmern
Du wirst Teil unseres People and Organization Teams, das sich um Mitarbeitende verschiedener Kontinente kümmert
Du bekommst die Möglichkeit das HR Team in allen administrativen Aufgaben in den Bereichen People & Organization, Recruitment & Hiring, Compensation & Payroll and Development & Training zu unterstützen, um einen umfangreichen Einblick in die HR Arbeit zu erhalten
Du kannst schnell Verantwortung für die Entwicklung eigener HR Projekte im Bereich deiner Wahl (beispielsweise interne Kommunikation / Social Media, KI oder Employer Branding) übernehmen und bekommst stets Unterstützung von deinem Team

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschrieben im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Im Bereich Personal, Kommunikation, Business Administration oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen und hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in den genannten Tätigkeitsfeldern sammeln können
Du beherrschst MS Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel) und arbeitest routiniert mit aktuellen AI-Tools. Erste Erfahrung mit dem HRIS Personio ist von Vorteil
Deine Kreativität, dein Organisationstalent und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise machen dich aus
Du arbeitest selbstständig und hast Spaß daran proaktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen
Du magst die Herausforderung neue Dinge zu lernen
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
Du bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert und suchst eine Anstellung, bei der du dein Wissen praktisch anwenden kannst
Du lebst in München oder Umgebung

Your mission

You will become part of our international People and Organization team, which supports employees across different continents
You will have the opportunity to support the HR team with all administrative tasks in the fields of People & Organization, Recruitment & Hiring, Compensation & Payroll and Development & Training, giving you a comprehensive insight into HR work
You can quickly take on responsibility for developing your own HR projects in an area of your choice (for example Internal Communication/Social Media, AI, or Employer Branding) and you will always receive full support from your team

Your profile

You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study, and ideally have already gained some initial practical experience in the mentioned areas
You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and work confidently with current AI tools. First experience with the HRIS Personio is a plus
Creativity, strong organizational skills, and a structured way of working are part of who you are
You work independently and enjoy proactively engaging with people
You enjoy the challenge of learning new things
You communicate confidently in both German and English, written and spoken
You are enrolled for at least another 12 months and are looking for a role where you can apply your knowledge in practice
You live in Munich or the surrounding area
