Delivery Manager

Your mission

Manage, and Mentor a team of developers in order to ensure development of new features, maintenance of our products, and effort estimations with a Scrum team.
•Close cooperation with customers, product management and other relevant stakeholders.
•Responsible for team results with high quality and within stipulated timelines
•Proactively identify impediments and come up with solutions.
•Well updated on the industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices inside the industry.
•Ensure the team's technical skills align with current and future business/operational needs.
•Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Your profile

•Strong leadership experience in handling teams of developers
•Good understanding in software development & SDLC
•Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills & strategic thinking with result-oriented approach
•Coding skills are not mandatory but an advantage.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably Engineering/Computer Science.

Enge Kooperation mit Frontendentwicklern sowie dem Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement, QA, Support und Sales
Feedback und Coaching innerhalb des Teams
Geschickte Anwendung von analytischen Fähigkeiten auf Kundenanforderungen

Dein Profil

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung und dem Deployment anspruchsvoller Java-Anwendungen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microservices, Spring Boot, Tomcat oder anderen Anwendungsservern, REST, SQL
Erfahrung mit Scrum, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, Vertx, NoSQL von Vorteil
Fokus auf Bedienbarkeit, Performanz und Sicherheit
