Your mission

  • Employee care is a top priority for us - with your reliable, open and genuine manner, you help us be there for our employees in their day to day work
  • You will be part of our People and Organization Team that takes care of employees from three different continents, giving you exciting insight into how an international company works together
  • You'll take on a variety of administrative and organizational tasks in office management, such as booking travel, processing travel expenses and communicating and coordinating with external service providers, as well as various internal office projects
  • In hiring and People & Organization, you'll support the organizational tasks around our employees' onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You'll have the chance to deepen your knowledge in assistance and administrative work as well as public relations and event management and gain hands-on experience across different areas of the company
  • You'll work with modern AI tools and learn how to put them to good use in administrative, organizational, and communication workflows, building skills that are becoming increasingly relevant for the future job market
  • You can support our events team in planning and running events, following them through from A to Z, from preparation and organization to on-site delivery and follow-up
  • You'll also have the chance to join our team on event-related trips to major European cities, experiencing firsthand how international events are organized and brought to life
  • Depending on your interests and strengths, you'll also get the chance to gain insight into other areas such as our accounting department and contribute to selected tasks there

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your Abitur or at least "Mittlere Reife" with good grades and ideally already have some practical experience in office management, assistance, communication, or events
  • You stand out through your organizational talent, creativity and structured way of working, keeping track even when juggling different tasks
  • Communication is one of your strengths: you can express yourself confidently in both German and English and enjoy connecting with different people
  • You're confident using MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel and are keen to get to know new digital tools as well
  • You're interested in AI and modern ways of working and want to learn how new technologies can support everyday work in areas like assistance, organization, communication and event management
  • You work independently, reliably, and proactively and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks and your own projects
  • You're open to a wide range of topics and business areas and want to keep developing your practical skills
  • Communication is your strength: in German as well as in English
  • New challenges motivate you: you enjoy learning new things, getting up to speed on unfamiliar topics and growing both personally and professionally
  • You're open to occasional travel within Europe for our events and enjoy accompanying the team on site
